Solving ComboBox SelectionChanged and MouseWheel Problem in WPF

I hit a WPF issue where I had a ComboBox and was wired up to the SelectionChanged event and the mouse wheel was causing SelectionChanged to get fired over and over again. Solution?  Wire up the PreviewMouseWheel event on the ComboBox and set e.Handled to true.
