Project Rosetta just launched.  Rick Barazza wrote some killer samples for the first piece, From Flash to Silverlight.  A few of my favorites are the Dune mouse spinning sample and the creative masking sample:

A great resource for people learning Silverlight.  In the final lesson, Rick and I do a back and forth about different approaches to achieve an effect in Silverlight.  Some good nuggets there I hope. And tip of the hat to Adam Kinney, who designed the Project Rosetta website.

Hmm -- I haven't tried to do this myself.  What code did you change? Or did it just recompile and not behave correctly?
